Brunello Rosa won the first Talented Young Italians (TYI) Award Edition in 2014 in the Finance & Services category. Together with other TYI winners he founded in 2018 the Talented Italians in the UK Association.

TIUK was formed in 2018 as the association of winners of the 'Young Talented Italians’ under 40 Award for the UK extended to professionals aiming at providing an energetic impulse to younger generations in Italy offering them an opportunity for openness.
